Do these plans apply across all three products?
Yes. Free, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise are line-wide tiers — the same plan and pricing apply whether you run Lumzi ITops, LMS, or SMS. Each product simply enables its own modules within the tier.
Can I use more than one Lumzi product?
Absolutely. Each product is its own workspace under your account, with its own isolated data and subdomain. Plans apply per product, so you can run ITops on Growth and LMS on Starter — whatever fits each team.
Do I need an LLM provider account?
Only if you turn on AI. Every product is fully functional with AI off. Paste your own provider key in settings and the agentic surfaces — drafting, tutoring, triage — light up immediately.
Is my data isolated?
Yes. Tenant scoping is enforced at the database layer with Postgres row-level security, not just route guards. Each workspace has its own subdomain, audit trail, and a cross-tenant test that fails closed.
Can I export everything?
Every list view exports to CSV, and full database backup is available on paid plans via the admin panel. Data-subject export and right-to-erasure are built in for GDPR and DPDP.
